The A-Frame has been restored to feel brand new while retaining its old charm. You'll have all the modern amenities you come to expect (fast wifi, smart TVs), while surrounded by character. The full kitchen has an electric range, a full fridge, coffee, Keurig, a toaster, and all the other kitchen items you'd need to cook a homemade meal. There is a 4-person dining room table. The upstairs bedroom is a up in the loft (down a hallway for privacy) with a queen bed, a smart TV, closet and dresser. The downstairs bedroom has a full bed, pinball machine, closet and dresser. This is a great place to stay in all four seasons - each has special moments! Would you instead snowshoe through the state park in the winter or jump into the lake from the beach in the summer? With its central location, you have the flexibility to decide how to spend your time. Whether you want to immerse yourself in nature at the picturesque state park, take to the water, or indulge in some shopping in Appleton, the options are endless. For a night out, catch a Broadway performance at the Performing Arts Center, or experience the vibrant nightlife in downtown Appleton, all of which are within a 30-minute radius. This two-bedroom home is about 1000 square feet with a queen bed, a full bed, and a large comfortable sofa perfect for a family, couple's getaway, or friend's trip. Biking: If you’re up for a short drive, Appleton Bicycle Shop rents bikes, or you can use Cloud of Goods to have bikes delivered right to you. High Cliff has great biking trails. Horseback Riding: The closest trail rides are at Lonely T Ranch (about 35 mins away) — they’re super friendly, but you’d need to call ahead.
